Been a cross dresser most of my life, and recently revealed to myself I am really transgendered. Will be going on medical products and plan to have only one surgery, and that will curtail the manufacture of Testoserone. At my age all the other "under the knife" stuff really makes on sense to me. I will be happy with chemical changes. I am a female inside and I want to appear acceptable on the outside. Have started vocal training and plan to keep moving toward my goal.
