Bra Marks

The first time I tried a bra with breat forms it cut into my back on both sides. I was petrified that the cause would be determined. It did not seem to be overly tight, but I am not a good judge. It was a humid night which probably did not help. What advice can anyone give me regarding fit, tyoe fo bra etc that would help. I have even considered a light t-shirt under the bra.
