*One roll of Transtape can last for 1-3 months depending on activity level, size and application, and how often you change your tape.
*TransTape Is Waterproof and Sweatproof – wear it in the shower, the pool, and even the ocean! 
*Rolls are UNCUT – meaning less wasted product and money!  They are free of logos and advertising and matte of a matte material, resulting it a more natural look.
*TransTape does not compress the body, lungs, or organs.  It is intended for multiple day use.  It is safe to sleep it and does not restrict breathing. 

WARNING: Improper use of TransTape can cause adverse short- and long-term side effects. Our method is safest when used correctly. Please read all instructions before application or contact us for more information. TransTape should not be used on broken or open skin. Doing so may cause additional irritation, blisters, and open sores which could lead to infection if not properly treated. Consult a doctor if you experience any signs of infection including fevers, chills, discharge, or vomiting. TransTape should never be fully wrapped around the torso, please refer to application video and inserts. Rare but possible signs of rib deformity include shortness of breath, chest pain, or abnormal breathing. Please cease use and contact your physician if you experience any of these symptoms.

We ship in plain brown boxes or plain padded envelopes or shipping bags. In some cases, we may use USPS Priority Mail boxes only if we are using USPS as your courier.

The Return Address on the shipping label will always read:
“JCIMI” – Your billing statement will also show “JCI” or “JCI MI” for your privacy. Our business name “Janets Closet” will never show up on your billing or packaging. Guaranteed!

All our packages are shipping either FedEx or USPS.

Depending on the shipping method used it may take up to 14 business days for your package to arrive.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received your item and it was damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Several types of good are exempt from being returned. Any item used, or worn, Lingerie, Breast Forms with a broken seal, or that have been used. Wigs, Adhesive/Remover or any undergarments (panties, bra, etc.) cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
