We ship in plain brown boxes or plain padded envelopes or shipping bags. In some cases, we may use USPS Priority Mail boxes only if we are using USPS as your courier.
The Return Address on the shipping label will always read:
“JCIMI” – Your billing statement will also show “JCI” or “JCI MI” for your privacy. Our business name “Janets Closet” will never show up on your billing or packaging. Guaranteed!
All our packages are shipping either FedEx or USPS.
Depending on the shipping method used it may take up to 14 business days for your package to arrive.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received your item and it was damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Several types of good are exempt from being returned. Any item used, or worn, Lingerie, Breast Forms with a broken seal, or that have been used. Wigs, Adhesive/Remover or any undergarments (panties, bra, etc.) cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
