Description

Lace front remover reduces the chance of damaging lace headpieces by releasing the adhesive or tape from the hair.

How to use:

1. Carefully trim the hair away from your hairline.
2. Using a sponge, apply the remover over the perimeter of the hairline. Do this until the hairline is saturated with the remover.
3. Wait for 5 minutes.
4. Loosen the lace by running your finger around your head underneath the wig.
5. Carefully remove the wig.

Product is Combustible – Do not use near open flame. Avoid getting remover into eyes. Keep away from children.

We ship in plain brown boxes or plain padded envelopes or shipping bags. In some cases, we may use USPS Priority Mail boxes only if we are using USPS as your courier.

The Return Address on the shipping label will always read:
“JCIMI” – Your billing statement will also show “JCI” or “JCI MI” for your privacy. Our business name “Janets Closet” will never show up on your billing or packaging. Guaranteed!

All our packages are shipping either FedEx or USPS.

Depending on the shipping method used it may take up to 14 business days for your package to arrive.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received your item and it was damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Several types of good are exempt from being returned. Any item used, or worn, Lingerie, Breast Forms with a broken seal, or that have been used. Wigs, Adhesive/Remover or any undergarments (panties, bra, etc.) cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
