How to Apply Your GlamourEyez Lashes

1. Prepare Your Lashes: Carefully remove the lashes from the tray using tweezers or your fingers. Gently flex the lash band to make it more pliable for a comfortable fit.
2. Measure & Trim (If Necessary): Hold the lash strip up to your eyelid to check the fit. Trim from the outer edge if the strip is too long.
3. Apply Adhesive: Apply a thin layer of lash glue along the band, focusing on the ends. Wait 30–60 seconds for the glue to become tacky.
4. Place & Secure: Using tweezers or your fingers, position the lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible. Press gently along the band to secure.
5. Blend for a Natural Look: Once the glue dries, blend your natural and false lashes with mascara if desired. Use eyeliner to conceal the lash band for a seamless finish.

We ship in plain brown boxes or plain padded envelopes or shipping bags. In some cases, we may use USPS Priority Mail boxes only if we are using USPS as your courier.

The Return Address on the shipping label will always read:
“JCIMI” – Your billing statement will also show “JCI” or “JCI MI” for your privacy. Our business name “Janets Closet” will never show up on your billing or packaging. Guaranteed!

All our packages are shipping either FedEx or USPS.

Depending on the shipping method used it may take up to 14 business days for your package to arrive.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received your item and it was damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Several types of good are exempt from being returned. Any item used, or worn, Lingerie, Breast Forms with a broken seal, or that have been used. Wigs, Adhesive/Remover or any undergarments (panties, bra, etc.) cannot be returned.
