Where are they

I don't see some of my threads in the particular forum where I posted them.  Am I missing something?  I have received several replies/comments so I know they are out there. Also it is great to have a place where I can express myself and receive feedback from others who feel as I do.

A while back they took a month to make changes to the process and it made everything worse. And then everybody left the kitchen.
