Well, I was back to my HRT specialist today. She double my dosage and I now take one Estradiol pill in the morning, and one at night. I also have a consultation setup with a surgeon next Thursday to discuss and schedule my orchiectomy. I am shooting for an early October removal of the 'gruesome twosome', aka 'nasty nuisances', aka 'dumb and dumber', etc. Oh, it has been a wonderfully hectic day. Love you all, Michelle

Hey sis, I found the perfect shirt to wear on my way home from the surgery when I get my breast implants (I'm shooting for this time next year): "If These Were Brains I'D Be A Genius". My mother almost fell down laughing when I told her! Love ya, Michelle
Hmm, after posting that last one about the shirt I'll were back from my boob job surgery; I got to thinking, what shirt can I wear back from my orchiectomy surgery? Hmmm, any of you ladies have any suggestions? Love, Michelle

Michelle hon...shouldn't you wait a bit longer for the HRT to take effect and see what size natural breasts you end up with? I've read where some TG's took 1 to 2 years to realize their full growth. I'm wondering if getting implants this year might be a bit early.

Top surgery won't be until this time next year. It will also give 'others' time to acclimate to my budding breasts. Love ya, Michelle

Oh that's right...get those nasty testies removed and you don't need the T-blockers anymore. Then you'll have a full year of just the Estrogen to have it's beautiful effect.

Oh you have no idea how bad I want them gone. I was even search on ways to do it yourself; just in case. I knew what to expect, but looked anyway. And there is no way in hell I would ever go through the risk, and pain, of doing it myself. That would be idiotically stupid. So, I'll just let the nice looking surgeon do it for me! Maybe I'll get the face scrotum that people hang from their car hitch and a bumper sticker that says, "Used To Be Mine" with an arrow pointing to them. Love ya, Michelle
