Places to go out dressed to in Detroit area (non-club)

Hi,
I'm an out of town discreet CD/TV. Going to be in the Detroit area next month and may setup a transformation. I'm looking for safe places to dress that are safe, clean, and not to wild. Like a lounge or something for CD/TV/TG.  I'm not a club person. Would prefer quiet place where chatting and meeting can be done safely while dressed femme.
