Hi ladies....well I had to follow up my questions with investigative work. I found a number of links that basically say...
1) if there is no cum involved...the guy pulls out of your mouth before cumming...the transmission risk, although there is no way to document it is negligible to zero. Cum includes precum too.
2) if the guy cums in your mouth (and if he is hiv+), the risk of infection is still very low, but certainly not zero. Studies suggest for this situation that the infection rate is 1 in 10,000. The risk to the person giving the blowjob is if they have any cuts/abrasions/sores on their gums or mouth tissue. The HIV virus could possibly pass through the cut or sore. If you have had recent dental work, you are recommended to avoid oral sex until any cuts/abrasions from the dental work has healed.
3) on the subject of spitting vs swallowing, the medical experts believe that ingested HIV virus would be killed off by your stomach enzymes so there is not really a risk from swallowing....again, it cums down to having healthy teeth/mouth/gums.

I posted a link so you could read what I did. All you gurls be safe out there. It goes to show that it is important to have regular dental checkups and to take care of any issues.
One more thing....they recommended not to brush your teeth before having oral sex as the brushing might cause your gums, etc to be accidentally cut. I think the brushing might be more of a problem for those who practice poor dental hygiene.

Yes STDs are always an issue! My Doctor (who knows about my bi side) told me she believes if you have more than one partner a year ,you should be on Truvada or one of the new anti viral meds that prevent the spread of HIV. A very effective pill that is 99.9% effective! As part of the program with these drugs you agree to be tested every 3 months. There is less than a 1% chance that you kidneys wont like the drug and they monitor for it. My doctor also has them test for other STDs including an anal swabs. Is worth the time to just do it. I hope everyone in here, especially those who like it bareback are doing the same thing!
