Breast Form Position

Hi Ladies. I'm new to wearing Breast Forms. I just got my first pair today. My bra size is a 38 D. I got the narrow forms because i'm thin. I'm not sure how to position them. I had them pointed at 11 o'clock. They seemed to be a little low and they were pretty far apart. I like wearing skimpy tops and bras and want to keep the forms from sticking out. I do love them. I couldn't stop looking at them in the mirror. 100 times better than stuffing my bras.
