Feet and Toes and TOENAILS

The trick with putting on nylons is to roll them up so your toes fit directly into the toe/foot portion of your nylons.  Then unroll the nylons over your legs.  Of course, nicely trimmed toenails are important but this will help to give you longer life out of your nylons.  If you have long fingernails, be careful that you don't cause a run with those as you are putting on your nylons.
