Cold shoulder top - Suzy - 09-03-2019
Hi - I forgot who, but someone here asked me about a cold shoulder top. What are they and do I own any I think. A cold shoulder top is just that, one that shows your bare arms for the most part. I have a few. You can get them at any major retail store. The one I’m wearing in this photo is from JC Penney . You obviously want to make sure your arm pits and arms are clean shaven. Have fun, Suzy
