Hmmmm, I have noticed that ever since I started ridding myself of this unwanted hair on my chest, my nipples seem to be constantly hard. Granted, I didn't have that much to begin with, but I wonder if not having hair around my nipple and aureola, allows my shirts to rub across them, and keeping them hard. It isn't the cold weather, since they are the same stiffness inside where it is warm. Don't get me wrong; I'm not complaining - because I just love it!   Michelle
