The main causes of checkout problems are:

• Phone number not entered correctly. Make sure you enter a phone number. If you do not wish to provide one, you can make up a number i.e.: 777-777-7777
• Credit card information is incorrect, or the card was declined.
• Some gift cards are not accepted by our website, please call or email us so we can process your order.
